I did it for the first six years that Whitney was my agent, she still is my agent, by the way, and every time I shopped her, she was still the lowest price with the same details that I needed. I reached out because I was referred by a local friend and was hoping for helpful, professional guidance. Whitney Provance initially had me fill out a form, which was fine. However, after I submitted the form and provided my declaration page, she continued to ask multiple follow-up questions that had already been answered in the documents I sent. It began to feel repetitive, as if responses were being copied and pasted rather than reviewed. The communication was also disappointing. The emails were very curt. Overall, the experience felt impersonal, and it did not meet the expectations I had based on the referral.
