Acceptance Insurance

Eric is the associate that helped me with switching my insurance plans. He guided me through the process and educated me on insurance policies as well. He is very friendly and you can tell he is smiling through the phone. He was a great help! I look forward to working with him going forward.

I was looking to cancel a policy I had with Progressive because our monthly payment kept changing after being quoted & give a monthly payment schedule. Understandably, I was a bit annoyed and aggravated. RAKELLE took my call and was very helpful & extremely patient. She was not pushy on getting me signed up. She wanted to be sure I was not having to pay on the other policy before signing up. I greatly appreciated that especially because of all the financial inflation going on today. She even called back when she said she would to follow up. When singing up for the policy she assured I would not have the same problems I was currently having. She was clear & transparent on the monthly payment!! Amazingly she let e know that she would be my point of contact if needing any help. That is Al’s

I had call to get insurance on my new car I bought but every where I looked was high due to an accident it was in before I spoke with a gentleman name Eric he was able to get me a really good rate that works well with me and bank he was even able to remove the accident that I wasn't not involved in off I will be call him again to restart and/or update my policy he was super nice and understanding 100% will be a customer

The insurance representative Rakelle was very helpful and knowledgeable. She created a great quote and made it super easy for me to purchase my insurance with them. I will most definitely be referring all of my family and friends to her and you guys should too!!
