Interesting reviews. Everyone has had horrible experiences with the customer service and/or payouts. However my sister passed away in June and according to her husband the $300k life insurance paid within 3 days of her passing. My niece has been trying to reach this company for 3 months now about a children's term rider and the agent is never in the office and always on vacation. Sounds sketch all around, avoid like the plague.

Walk my dog there. Use to enjoy it. But now feel like I'm constantly being watched. You have to walk on the outside of the gated property. No trespassing signs posted everywhere. Walk too close to the property security comes out for ride. I was stopped one time while walking my dog. Security asked if I worked there? I said no. I was told that I couldn't use the track on their property. I ca only reasoned that maybe sime incident occurred.

My father paid $600 a month for his life insurance policy and now that he has passed away, they are giving me the run around about paying. No one calls back and every time I call them I am told “next week” we will have an answer. This has been going on for over a month.

Pretty good good down home kind of company, everyone I spoke with was pleasant. Blake really went the extra mile to help me with my questions and concerns.

For have a month I have tried to cash in a whole life Insurance policy. Finally get the check last week. Its a bad check & bounced. This bogus check has overdrawn my account nope for a 3rd day. -1025.36. Unbelievable I have gotten from them is the run around. This is Totally unacceptable. One star is to many.
