I spoke with Candice and Ms. Festus today regarding an auto policy quote because my current policy doubled when I received my renewal. None of my drivers have tickets or accidents. After providing my information, they quickly called me back with a quote lower than what I was already paying. I also asked if the quote included a one time discount that wouldn’t apply with my renewal and Candice told me no! They were very helpful and informative. I’m looking forward to working with them in the future! They understood my needs and took great care of me with excellent customer service.
