I called to get a quote on insurance. The first person I talked to was very nice. He told me he was transferring me to another person who would give me my quote information. The young lady that got on the phone had such a nag attitude and act like why I called them. I told the young lady that she should informed guest that the have to start over on giving all the information because I gave all that in the beginning of the call. I don’t need her excuses, I needed her to understand that I was confuse by why she was asking me the same information that I just give to the person right before her.

The main company and the branch is not on the same page.. 5 or 6 ppl have different answers to the same question... i am forced to wait a month for my refund when i signed paperwork for july 3..But my refund didn't get processed untill july 11 and thats after i called to find out whats going on. Now I to wait another 15 to 20 days as the last rep stated.. plus when i signed up it was 131.00 but my card was charged 166.00 I had to ask why??? 30 or 35 for branch fees 🤔 ... i should have to wait this long for my refund
