Both Kevin and Mia have been so great through this entire process of finding home insurance and we keep coming back to them. Their customer service and hard work goes above and beyond truly. Kevin has bent over backwards trying to help us and we are so grateful we have him in our corner. Highly recommend using them! Very responsive! When I thought we didn't have any choices for insurance due to living out in the middle of no where Kevin just wouldn't except that and dug deep to find us a good plan. I'm amazed at their hard work! I spoke with Kevin, and he went out of his way to find me the most reasonable insurance that I could afford. He truly knows the business....was kind, considerate, caring, passionate about his work, and TOTALLY a truly wonderful young man. I also spoke with other members of his staff who were also very kind and helpful. I'd feel comfortable recommending him to anyone I come across who is looking for home owners insurance. I've been dealing with Southern Family Insurance for at least 7+ years now. It's always a pleasure to get quotes for my auto since ever so often I like to check for the best pricing. They are always happy to help. I also have had the privilege of insuring our home thru one of their companies in the past. Most things are able to be handled over the phone but if you do have to go in the office it's never a long wait. I am truly happy to have come across them since I live out about 45min away but worth every mile. Thank you for the wonderful customer service, which is a rare these days.

I am so happy I chose this company. Kevin has went beyond my expectations to help us get every document we needed and called the mortgage company with me on the line just to help me get thru all that ai didn’t understand. He has kept me updated with copies of everything the bank needed. I have never had an insurance company that has done so much to make sure I had nothing to worry with. His personality is outstanding & I appreciate all of his patience he has had with making sure nothing would slow our closing date, he did it all on my 1st call. I HIGHLY recommend him.
