From the very beginning, their team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping me find the right coverage for my needs. They took the time to explain all my options in detail, making sure I understood the benefits and costs of each policy. Their guidance made the entire process simple and stress-free. I never felt rushed or pressured — just genuinely supported. What impressed me most was their responsiveness and dedication to customer service. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and they went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible value.

I dislike having to share such bad experiences. That’s exactly what I had with this agency. Debbie in particular was always trying to seem nice and courteous, however it felt and was routine-method handled aka protocol. This agency incorrectly rated our small business resulting in thousands of dollars due in back pay for expired insurance plans. Not once, but continuously. When needing certain verbiage for vendors, was made to feel this was more difficult than they intended to handle. It was noticeable the employee turn over rate. The agency did not take accountability for any actions made on their part and unfortunately for us as a small business, there were many. In the end, this agency (Debbie) was more than willing to let us go, as clients, apparently our small business was too much f

These lovely people have been handling my various insurance needs for years, and they're great! Any time I've had a question about my insurance, or needed documentation for some reason or another, they have been incredibly prompt and polite. I've been working with Debbie Klisch directly and she is great! I couldn't recommend Debbie or the Southern Colorado Insurance Center more!

I have never had an issue with SCIC. They are always very helpful, prompt, and professional. Debbie is a godsend. She's always in a great mood and willing to do whatever she can to get me what I need!

Though they couldn’t help me with what I needed they helped me by telling me where to go and what to do, I just turned 21 so being a young adult is hard; Debbie (bless her soul) helped me and gave me a detailed answer of what I needed to do to get what I needed done! They’re so nice and caring and very helpful :) highly reccomend!!
