Southern Assurance

Southern Assurance is unresponsive and unprofessional . They don't know how to take care of their customers or advocate for them. They even continued to accept our payments for insurance that we didn't know we no longer had. Do yourself a favor and choose another company, this one doesn't deserve your business.

Do yourself a favor and don't use these people. The 2 instances I have needed them over the last year, it was a poor customer service experience and most recently I am yet to receive a return call. You shouldn't have to reach out multiple times, or be greeted by excuses when they don't return your call.
