Mosaic Insurance Group

Based on all the positive reviews, I was looking forward to switching my insurance to Mosiac, and spoke with a rep and provided lots of information for him to shop my policies. We had a couple conversations about the status of identifying potential carriers prior to the holidays, and I was waiting for an update, which I never received. A company that ghosts potential customers surely isn’t going to provide the best service after they have the business. This lack of professional follow up was disappointing.

Absolutely a fantastic experience, I was treated like family with this agency. They took the time and care to review all aspects of my current policy and made recommendations for better coverage of all my listed assets. They gave me the personal touch and explained everything in detail. I am extremely excited to have them as an agency representing me.

Brendan not only was able to accomplish that goal but did so in a most professional reasonable as well as cost-effective way . My wife and I have used Mosaic insurance group for years. They are a dedicated, professional group that values their customers. I always get a timely response and answers to any question. I typically work with Christina, and she is phenomenal. Reviewed my home and car insurance, running multiple quotes to get me the best deal possible. I wouldn't recommend or consider any other group for my insurance needs.

Gabby and the folks at Mosaic are fantastic. They've taken care of my policies for several years now. They're quick to answer the phone with a real human!! And, always do an excellent job of finding me the best coverage for the lowest price. I'd be lost in this insurance swamp without them.
