My car was surrendered voluntarily through a bankruptcy and i was told by my lawyer someone would call to pick up the car. No one called, they just came when I wasn't home and took my car with all of my belongings in it. When i called this company to ask why they never contacted me they told me the bank told them it was a regular repo. Called the finance bank to confirm this and they said that is not true, it's in the system as a voluntary surrender. I don't know who messed up the paper work, my issue is that instead of accommodating me to get my belongings, since it was a mistake on someone's part, they made me go through the process of regular repos and make appt (which are only available from 1pm-3:30pm). I am a finance company and Bill and his crew worked tirelessly to help me retrieve a piece of equipment that I couldn't find for months. He kept me updated and worked with me to deal with a truck stop that was giving us the run around. Anyone in the finance business looking for a good South Florida repo company, these are your guys.

These guys steal your personal belongings. Unfortunately if your car is towed by them be careful They stole our Gucci glasses $1200. We will report this company

These people are thieves they will destroy your property before the time is over just so they can keep it or they refuse your documentation for no reason. Never do business with these people or anyone associated with them.

I had my truck reposed and they were hired to tow my truck by my lender, the people behind the counter were very nice , but when I checked my belongings a towing hitch worth about $ 60.00 and a Lazer measurement device worth about $ 1,000.00 were missing , one of the guys behind the counter when to the back and I guess took a towing hitch from another truck and came up and gave it to me , the laser they kind of blew it off and basically told me that there was nothing I could do about it,well, I've filed a complaint with the state ,a filed a police report and I'm swing them in court for the cost of the lazer, they also happen to find at the last minute a pair of sunglasses worth $ 400.00 in my glove compartment
