I was with a different company for the last 4 years who handled all of my needs without issue. Recently this company bought out the company I had been working with previously. 5 months ago, they tell my premium was increasing by 100%. I called and asked them to look into a different company. They said they would, reached out to me an additional couple of time via email, no phone call, 0 personal touch, and said they were still working on it. yesterday my insurance renewed at a way to high price, so I did the leg work and found someone better to help me out. They no longer have my business.
