I was trick to purchased full insurance coverage upon buying a vehicle at Pharr Toyota dealership. Don't let Craig steal your money. He will give you a better price to sell you the insurance but if you match your current coverage you will see the big difference. Be aware of hidden cancelation fees.

Total scam, i should've trusted my gut. Do not buy insurance from Craig Ottofaro. I met him at Toyota of pharr when I purchase my new car. He will add discounts and incentives to get you the insurance payment you want at first. After the first month your payment will skyrocket, then he will tell you that he will need to create another policy because he didn't enter all the info correctly. I had to pay cancellation fees for both my policies because of his ”mistake”. I honestly think he does it on purpose and creates 2 policies so he can get paid twice. He doesn’t answer phone calls or replies back to Messages when confronted. Empower insurance needs to look into his practices. It's sad. Never again! Do not trust him.

Craig was a lot of help during the buying process of my new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable an has very good communication skills. I would recommend him an his company to anybody that I know!

There good ins, they pay you wright away, the deductible is extremley high. Maybe is the plan, but there super good. I recomend this insurance
