Not good customer care Not impressed at all. Usually never complain to any company. Please listen to customer

Song Jung was fast ,responsive , answered all my questions with the information i provided with HONESTY . Other companies have not giving me the time of day.

We changed companies after we did our own research and found a company that provided more coverage at less cost several years ago. Ever since they will call a few months before its time to renew. Time and time again - I will tell them we are not interested and to take us off the call list. But time and time again they will call. Guess what? They called this year as well. Each time its a high paced conversation trying to get us to come back. I would have to cut the conversation off to tell them that we are not interested and once again to not call us. EDIT to reply to owner - Has your associated been train to ask if they are interested in coming back to All State as the first question to ask? Or perhaps if we are shopping around for new insurance? I was calling around to switch my auto insurance company. After leaving several message without return call, I decided to give 1 more try since it's nearest to my work. When I finally got through to an agent, I was met with arrogant and condescending demeanor. He only seem to care about product he wants to sell not what I needed. I would have given 0 star if there was. Besides, his limited knowledge was a big turn off. How can Allstate allow such practice to go on? It seems all other google review was written by their relatives or something.

I just called to switch the agency because I'm not happy with my current one. but the lady that picked up the phone told me that this is an agency for Korean people only. … OK I hope you are good luck with your Korean business.
