Absolutely horrible insurance agent. Allstate and Alice Miller did everything they could to drag out an accident claim all while doing nothing to help me. I was the victim of an accident and Allstate treated me like i was the cause. They tried to total my vehicle without even looking at it and lied to the salvage yard saying i had agreed to have it towed out of the repair shop. Luckily I know the repair shop and they didn't release my vehicle. I will never recommend Allstate. I don't know how Alice Miller has so many positive reviews her and her team were worthless. I was definitely not in good hands with Alllstate. After being with them for over 10 years they treated me like garbage.
