Randy Russell is always willing to help us with making decisions that he knows would be best for us. Randy is very easy to talk to and he always puts it in terms that people like myself can understand ,he explains things step by step, and most of the time he has it written down for those people like me that understand it better to see it instead of just hearing it. He always explains what all the wording, terms, gains an losses mean , Randy will give you his opinions and he has never been pushy about what to do or not to do. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Talks bad about other people. Is not honest, he told us he had five 5 star reviews, when he only had 1. Review #2 was added last week, this is #3. I gave him 1 star because that is the lowest Google will accept, should be .5 of a star at best.
