I really appreciate Farmers Insurance. I knew my insurance was going up because everyone's rates went up, and I had a speeding ticket on top of that. They mailed me two months in advance and offered to get me on the phone to work with my rate, and managed to get my monthly payment almost back to exactly where it was before! I've never had an insurance company mail me ahead of my premium expiring and offer to help me find a way to keep it low with everything going on.
