These ladies here are the best! My family has known and trusted Mrs Vicki and this agency for years with our multiple auto and home insurance. -Yes, even with the hurricane they did not disappoint. And Mrs Tania is so sweet and patient with me every time I call with my questions and helps me out and gets me what I want and need. We appreciate them very much!

She helped us get as many discounts as possible and has been checking in with us to make sure that we have everything we need. I highly recommend using Snowden--Word Insurance Agency to anybody buying insurance, especially an auto policy.

They do a decent job shopping around for insurance. However if you ever need to make a claim, these people work against you. Personally I want someone on my side when dealing with these huge companies, and the agents of snowden-word aren't going to.
