Worst experience of my life. I’ve been with Allstate for a while and since I’ve been under Jeremy Burges and his staff it’s been horrible. I’m constantly being misquoted and flat out lied to. I hate it under this company. Worst experience of my life.this is just one example: I was on auto pay then taken off and told in July I could be added back but as usual lies. I’m over it. Hopefully I can make time to find another company for my homeowners and auto insurance!

Amazing! Mrs. Gabby is phenomenal. She cares about her customers. Every time I call I get all my questions answered. I always recommend Allstate to all my friends and family. Jeremy Burge is the best and has the best people, they treat you so well.

Jeremy burge & his team have always looked out for me from hurricane times & having to make claims on my house to lowering my monthly car insurance by atleast 300 if i remember right. Great people who will have your back.

I’m very happy with the service I received from the ladies in the office, sorry I’m terrible with names, but they were very helpful and friendly. They remembered me, after meeting with me just once, as soon as I walked into the room. They make sure my policy is the way I want it that I’m fully covered.
