I needed a rider for my new policy while I was at the office of Labor and Industries finalizing my contractor registration. It was nearly 4pm, and the office was about to close. Without the rider, I'd have to return the next day to finish the process (which would mean an additional 1.5 hours of driving). I called Mike and he sent me the rider in a matter of minutes, allowing me to complete my registration that day. The lady at the counter said, "wow, you have a good insurance guy". I am inclined to agree.
