Mariel was the absolute best !!! She answered all of my questions so thoroughly and gave me advice to truly give me the best policy that fits my lifestyle . She is a gem and wasn’t just trying to make a sale , but truly help me find what was the best great addition to the team !!!

After informing the company that we were going through a divorce, they removed me from policies without my consent. This caused my insurance premium to rise significantly — my payments went up significantly . When I asked for documentation of the vehicles covered under our policies, they refused to provide it to me and also refused when my attorney requested it, agreeing I would need to subpoena the records. When she asked if she could do an email subpoena, he stated no, so a physical one was mailed. Based on this experience, I do not recommend working with Jerome Hammock, as his practices appear questionable at best. I will be looking into filing a complaint with the Arizona department of insurance.
