Was very disappointed with agent. Mother passed away and found out she only had renters insurance and she her own home the right questions weren't ask in my opinion. Asked for a insurance quote and was basically wasn't interested in writing a vacation house policy because me and my brother are planning on selling the house. How would she feel if she inherited a house without insurance coverage and her as a consumer were declined making a quote. People get quotes all the time and compare rates, coverages etc. Very poor business ethics by company and it tells me the agent doesn't care about making more money or taking care of customers. I was finding quotes for 200 bucks and thought to myself I could find something cheaper so I went to these guys. I waited two weeks for a quote and they were saying the best they could do is PROGRESSIVE for 400 bucks a month... For one how in the world do I quote for progressive in seconds and it took you two weeks AND when I talked to someone to progressive it was cheaper (196) a month with liability and insurance as where yours is just liability for 400? This place is a scam and a half I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
