I’ve been with State Farm for several years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about Mary and her team. Mary has always been incredibly responsive, patient, and transparent, and she genuinely takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. Recently, I had some concerns about a rate change, and instead of brushing it off, Mary took the time to look into everything, clarify the billing, and make sure I fully understood my options. I never felt pressured — just supported and respected. It really means a lot to have an agent you trust and feel comfortable reaching out to.
