I was about to change insurance companies, service felt like it was going downhill my last cpl experiences with them. I called today to add a new vehicle and had the pleasure of speaking with Thea. This woman was a breath of fresh air that office needed. Come to find out my whole account was in a jumble. Thea took the time at the end of her day to get me altogether squared away. Saved me significant money and was just very sweet to talk to. It reminded me of the old days when it was Baylor insurance and Jerry would comb the desert looking for the most affordable rates. As long as Thea is there I'll stay too. This call today was the make or break and Thea 100% kept me doing business. Everything she had to fix today proves she's the turn around that place needed. A demolition company destroyed part of my property that was not supposed to be touched. Is insured through this company Smith Davis insurance. Back On. November 29th. Leaving my farm without any water source since that day. Today is January 3rd. I've called Kim numerous times. I get no reply I have had no adjuster reach out to me that to me offer help. We have had to truck in water to feed my live stock. Unbelievable believe it's gone this long.

I absolutely love sheila! i have been with this company for many years however, i have had trouble with the service that stephanie provides. I have requested things to be done with my policy and stephanie never follows through. Sheila always has to fix things for me that stephanie doesnt complete. Does stephanie even have a license cause she doesnt have a lot of knowledge when it comes to my policies. could someone please address this issue
