Lisa was recommended by a friend, to guide my transition to new Insurance and Medicare. Lisa provided me with literature related to insurance and Medicare and proceeded to explain in detail all the information. Since I'm older and medically have difficulty comprehending, she was very patient. Though it was necessary for her to repeat things to me on several occasions. Lisa assisted me from the beginning by setting me up with the necessary coverage. Through the years, I've contacted her with several questions, and she was exceptionally helpful. Lisa conducts follow-up every enrollment period to discuss changes to my insurance and facilitates any changes, when necessary. I would highly recommend Lisa due to her comprehensive knowledge, communication skills, thoroughness and professionalism.
