Brittany wasn't the Agent who I started with; but quickly thereafter I dealt with. She was very attentive to my needs and went over all available plans that had all my prior doctors, drugs and hospital request. Once signed up went to Florida for the winter and had issues finding doctors and facilities until Brit stepped in and found doctors and facilities that handle my insurance. She always kept me up-to-date on progress even while dealing with her own issues. This is my 2nd year with her. She has been the best agent I have had, being caring and always looking out for my needs. and trust me I have had several agents and insurance plans but none quite like her. Sherri was absolutely amazing. I mean honestly what a godsend she was. My pops had just turned 65 and was new to Medicare and I wasn't quite sure what I was doing. I went to pick up his prescriptions and they were not getting covered because apparently he didn't have prescription plan coverage. Medicare/medicaid make it so hard and complicated for the elderly to choose. So thankful to Sherri who just made it look so easy. Would definitely recommend her or her colleagues for any of your Medicare insurance needs😁
