Horrible customer service. We needed basic insurance info sent to a dmv, from an agent not us, and we were told “ not something we do. Best of luck” by Amy Weber. Brian although seems like a nice guy is an awful insurance agent. Left something costly out of my homeowners that I didn’t catch ( that’s why I hire an insurance agent) and cost me 20k at least on a major claim. He also gave me awful advice on how to handle the process. I have never had an insurance agency drop the ball as bad as these people. Seems like just lazyness and not doing their job. When I brought up my issues I was spoke down to like I was a bother. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO HANDLE YOUR INSURANCE!!!

The claims department is horrible to deal with. Had a KIA stolen in Cleveland found burned out a day later. The adjuster sat on the paperwork and cost me extra car payments for a car that was a total loss. Thankfully the lady at the local office got involved and said I had sent all required documents and said she didnt understand the delay and got it straightened out. Had moss on my roof wanted it removed but it was February below freezing and icy. Policy would be canceled if not taken care of. I Sent 8 pictures Valene Wolf who requested them prior to the cancelation got canceled anyway because she did nothing with the pictures she asked for I found out 4 months later when my Mortage jumped 200 a month. I was charged $267 for four months of insurance by the mortage company i paid 1100

I had Allstate for years and it was honestly great, I only switched because my husbands insurance was a little better/ cheaper. The customer service here is amazing, the service is great, the app was helpful, I could always call and ask questions , get quotes, just talk to someone if needed about my car/home insurance. The last few times I’ve called in I’ve spoken with Dale Wassenar and he is SO helpful and nice. Honestly the entire switching insurance process was stressful and he was able to get me quotes, change my name / information, and everything so quickly. He was so nice and cracked jokes with me. 10/10 customer service.
