Sihle Insurance Group

Unfortunately I would not recommend this place to any family members or friends. I originally chose Sihle when relocating to the area due to their size, myself assuming that the size indicated good service. I worked with Shannon at this DeLand office and our interactions were mediocre at best. She never returned any of my calls and only maybe a quarter of my emails, only ran me for a few insurance companies when the advantage of having an independent agent is access to 10-12 insurers at least. The lack of communication, lack of effort to search for my best rate, and the overall attitude of "I don't care" are what drove this rating down, whereas in person she was personable which had me leave 2 stars instead of 1. So, I was inquiring about insurance with the agent, and not only did she sound like she hated her job, she was rude as well. On top of that, she never called back, like she said she would.

Didn’t even sign a contract with sihle and now progressive has me in collections for $987 !! They are a scam and will leave you in a bad situation I am getting a lawyer of course but sad they are saying the only way they can help is if I sign a contract smh
