I had a concerning experience with a driver from New York Avenue Insurance. While driving, I encountered a pickup truck with their company decal that was being operated in an aggressive manner, creating unsafe conditions on the road. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism but also raises concerns about their values and how they conduct business. I expected better from an insurance company that should prioritize safety and responsibility. I won’t be considering their services based on this reckless display.
