Due to an error by the agent I had through SIG, I was put out over $1200. They recognized it was their error, but continued to tell me they wouldn’t not be able to help out in any way. Completely the fault of the agent, yet me, the customer, was left to pay for the damages that it caused. Horrible business and I strongly discourage anybody from working with them.
Ryan Carr has been a huge asset. The customer service is well above what I expected. Would highly recommend this company to any family or friends based on my experiences and the great service I have received.
