I’ve been going to Amax on Texas Ave ever since they opened, when my mom first started her policy there. Gloria and Emily have always been a great help with everything—the customer service is exceptional! I love the office—it feels so warm and welcoming. The decorations are beautiful, and they update them every season! There are always snacks on the table by the balloon arch and sodas in that cute Coke machine. And that tree—OMG! They keep it looking amazing all year long. I’m already looking forward to seeing what they do next month!
I’m here to say I have just had the most amazing experience speaking with Gloria at this location she was so helpful & informative she took her time with me and answered all the questions I needed her to answer and she got me amazing discounts! I am truly happy and grateful for the service she provided today ! Once again thank you Gloria for all of your help !
