State Farm has consistently gone above and beyond for my family. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve handled it promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. What truly sets them apart is the grace and compassion they showed during one of the most difficult times of my life—after my mother passed away. They made an otherwise overwhelming process feel simple, respectful, and humane. I never felt rushed or like just another policy number. Their kindness and support meant more than I can express. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company that truly takes care of its customers.

Waste of time, bad experiences that feel like elder predatory behavior- please correct me if I'm wrong (not that my parents are that old but still). My mother had a term life insurance policy, terming out after 20 years/ lapsing anyway. But the letter in the mail was written very legalistically and made it sound like she would be Auto-enrolled into a new 20-year term, without her consent. My parents have no mortgage anymore and life insurance is no longer needed. I called and emailed to figure out how to formally cancel the policy - which I emphasize was already due to lapse. We went through the song and dance of my drafting her own cancelation letter - being sure to mention key items - which I found odd that they would not provide me their own pre-drafted form.
