Don't bother with this company ! I went there to get a quote for a house that My husband and I are purchasing at Folsom Parkway and wanted to also add our cars insurance for bundle savings. Right off the bat- first question How old is the roof ? If it is older > 25 years we will not be able to insure your house! Where is the house ? If it is in the new development area we will not be able to ensure your house. Then my son walked in and she asked How old is your son. I said that he is not driving age and does not have a driver's liscense . He will not be driving probably until the end of next year. At end she asked - Whats you son's name so we can exclude him from the car policy as a driver. At the moment I walked off! This is insane , illegal predatory behavior from insurance companies! W

I have been a member of Folsom Insurance for many many years as my father was as well. I can tell you I have never been treated better by anyone, Judi and Charles are not only outstanding. They are down to earth people and extremely helpful and make life good. They are definitely an asset to your company. I can’t thank them enough. Steven Stafford

Been with Folsom insurance for over 35 years. Been working with Terri for the last 20ish years. She was FANTASTIC! Unfortunately, they changed ownership, Terri disappeared, and not a single communication to their customers. Crazy to think that they wouldn't notify existing customers of the changes. Im calling my provider today and moving to a new broker.

Called the number listed and some guy answer hello in a manner like he was interrupted. Then I asked this is an insurance agency? No response he just stayed silent. I guess it was to difficult of a question for him to process. Seems anything dealing with Mercury Insurance is gonna be a hassle. Time to switch companies.
