My previous insurance agent did not try to save me money and always worked in favor of the insurance companies and not the customer. Sherzer & Associates had great reviews so I thought I would visit their office in Port Orange to see if they could help me with each of my policies. The agent who helped me was Rayna and was able to save me hundreds of dollars on one of my policies. The entire office appears friendly and helpful. I’m so happy that I checked with this agency and knowing that they will do what they can to help.

I've never had a bad experience with Sherzer insurance or any Agents I've dealt with. But Agent Abby Smith provided me with the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Abby went above & beyond to get me the best rate. Abby made me feel really very important. OMG!!!! How easy was THAT?! I called in a panic looking for affordable insurance. Rayna was awesome! She took my information, put me on hold and got me a great six month policy! I will recommend them without reservation.

Called and spoke with Rayna about my auto insurance large increase for the coming renewal. She was able to place me with another company and the policy was almost half less than current policy was renewing for. Also, have my homeowners with Sherzer which also has a great price.
