Huge shoutout to Ashley at Blake Thomas' State Farm Office in Port Orange. Amazing, above and beyond, work from her. We have had insurance thru Blake's office for I can't remember how many years now. Ashley has handled the majority of our business and she goes the extra mile. Just recently our mortgage company, after telling us we no longer needed flood insurance, went ahead and renewed it for another year? I called Ashley and she said there wasn't much we could do because FEMA does not allow cancelations to flood insurance. I said fine not much we can do then, not through any fault of hers, that was on the mortgage company, another battle. About 15 minutes later Ashley called me back and said I think I have a way around this as they did make some adjustments. Today she told me we

I have been with them for years when I had my first car I had no clue what I was doing, but thanks to Heather she made the whole process easy and understandable for me.
