My husband and I first met with Rhonda on August 22, 2025 to discuss my Medicare options since I would be turning 65 in a few months. I give Rhonda 5 stars for this meeting. She was very friendly and informative. She asked me to call her as soon as I received my Medicare card in the mail and she would get me signed up for the plan of my choice. I received my card in early August and sent her an email. No response. I sent her a 2nd email nearly 1 month later. She responded 2 days later and indicated that her son, Chris, would email me the info and get me signed up. I responded that I looked forward to hearing from him. Rhonda Sheridan has been my friend for over thirty years now and has been my insurance agent for around twenty years now and she always has your best interest in mind. Puts your needs in perspective for the best insurance plan for you. She has good helpers who are knowledgeable and helpful in her office especially Pam Kitchens who volunteers her time for her friend in Rhonda,which shows too that Rhonda has a great sense for good people.

I don’t write reviews but this place made me write one. Lets start with Chris, I landed on his list I don’t regret a thing about this young man. He is through, knowledgeable, caring, and he gets you the best insurance he can. Oh, one more thing this awesome guy sent me a bd card with a thought gift inside. This place has everything you need to make a sound decision about your insurance. The staff really knows their stuff thank you Mrs. Sheridan for having a excellent staff backing you.
