She was exceptional - very personal, always willing to go the extra mile to research and explain policy changes and rates. Her dedication and hard work saved me thousands of dollars over the years. After Nicole left, Scott took over my account. Unfortunately, the service level dropped significantly. Just like to start out by saying what a pleasure to have done business with your company. Working with Megan and Scott over the years made me feel at ease knowing my insurance needs were always taken care of. That being said, bottom line, it came down to money. If it had been a couple hundred difference we wouldn't be doing this review. I don't want to say goodbye because I still insure my boat with you, but so long, and you never know if the opportunity presents itself again in the future what could happen.

They were very well trained, very patient, and best of all very informative!
