Farmers Insurance - Anthony Diaz

Anthony is not only one of the most pleasant people I’ve dealt with in insurance, but in general. He is always helpful, quick, and does a great job. He has even helped me when a claims adjuster wouldn’t respond when I misplaced a claim check and needed to have it reissued. Never had a better experience or service anywhere else.

I am very pleased that Anthony Diaz took the time to work up a detailed quote for me. I was just in the process of getting a few estimates for my home and auto. Although, I did not end up going with Farmers, I sincerely appreciate the time it must have taken to work up a nice detailed and thorough quote. If things do not go well with this new insurance company, I will definitely reconsider farmers.

Straight forward, honest insurance guy with clients' best interests at heart. Great followup and returns phone calls. Easy to get a hold of and very patiently explains complicated insurance issues. Very humble and down to earth. Never makes you feel you're unworthy of his acquaintance.
