Well for starters the office staff is rude to certain customers and not to mention keeping there word on there end of insurance "quotos" and they don't keep there word on who says what then when they get reasked they say...I didn't say that well yes you did never believe a word they say all they want is your money they are negative and don't follow what they "quotos"

Kylie is the girl I go through, she’s literally the best! I have my business, home & car insurance through shelter ONLY because of Kylie’s consistent availability, dedication to finding the best deal, and over all friendly personality. I had a lengthy claim that she “held my hand” through, the entire time! I didn’t even have to message her to check on things because she was keeping me up to date out of genuine care. I’ve had such a great experience with Kylie that I even got my mom to switch over.

Clare quoted me the cheapest insurance in town (by over $50). She took care of everything super fast and efficiently and had my car insured before I knew it! I’ve been recommending all of my friends and family just because of how blown away I am by the customer service and the cost.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Tara has managed our policy from across country like a pro. If I have questions, I can pick up the phone and reach her or email and she will get back to me the same day! Customer service can either make or break my decision to give someone my business. She has our business as long as she will have us. She never treats us like strangers and is always, ALWAYS there when we need her. Highly recommended!
