Parker & Associates LLC American Family Insurance

We are so thankful for American Family Insurance and specifically to work with Parker & Associates LLC. My husband's vehicle was damaged by a valet company while parked in their care and though they took responsibility, were evading paying for the repairs. We reached out to our agent, Justin, for assistance. He was able to take over the case for us and escalate it to the point of the valet company finally following through with covering our repair costs all without raising our own insurance rates. We are so thankful for the time and effort he put into our case to get it resolved.

The staff at this office is amazing. Every single time I enter this office I am welcomed with open arms. I have never felt uncomfortable and they have always done their best to help me. They all work incredibly hard. The building is clean and kept organized. Justin truly works hard and you can tell he loves his job. His positive leadership leaves a positive energy throughout the offices. Excellent business to put your trust in.

I have been with Parker & Associates for what seems like forever and I'm beyond grateful for them! Ms. Laura and Justin are just the best! Their customer service skills are top notch (I'm thinking they should give classes to other companies ;-) ). They are quick to respond whenever you call or email them and if you need anything done, it's usually done within an hour or that day depending on what you need. They have the rest rates as well! Definitely think about switching if you aren't already in the Amfam family.

Everyone in this office has been so helpful and friendly in helping take care of our insurance needs, for over ten years. Laura is always so quick to answer questions and respond when I reach out. They take care of customers like they are family, and make sure that all of the plans and policies make sense, and are exactly the coverage you need.
