I did think highly of this company at first. I guess a good agent is hard to come by nowadays. However, I am one of the Shelter's customers who calls to make sure my renter's insurance is/has been paid on time. I have many bills that I pay every month and sometimes forget which ones are on auto draft and which ones I have to call in. So, fortunately, I am current on my bill and the next one is due to draft tomorrow. The problem is, after the person who answered the phone did not disconnect the call. I'm sitting here wondering if she was going to eventually d/c the call or would I have to. Well, in the mean time, I heard an agent who I later found out was, Sofia Hernandez, say out loud, "The Coleman's are getting on my nerves!" Do you know how unprofessional, rude, unethical, and heartbreak
