Best insurance company and agent to deal with by far. I've had no problems at all with anything dealing with Shelter or Reed. I recently had my car hit by someone changing lanes that didn't see me, it was another Shelter insured, even with the same agent as mine, and everything was promptly taken care of! Now I just have to wait to get it in the shop. I would highly recommend both Shelter insurance and Reed. The rates are reasonable and there's no run around if you have to make a claim!
