Shelter Insurance - Matt Warden

Matt Warden is very rude and acts as through you are bothering him because you asked a question about the expectation set previously by Steven regarding my car insurance cost being lowered after July 2025 and Matt got smart saying he didn’t have a button to push to lower my insurance like I stupid with a rude tone. I guess Steven is no longer in the office, every good agent that works in his office they leave. He doesn’t like to talk to his customer but he will gladly take your money. FIND ANOTHER AGENT. He is a rude like so many others in business these days.

I have called Mr. Warden several times and need his assistance. I mailed an insurance coverage check on 08/01/25 via Priority Mail. It was to arrive approximately 08/04/25 but did not. So, I began to question the Post Office who said that it arrived 08/11/25 when they checked. I called Shelter Corporate Office abd a Kathy said at first she did not have a way to check on where the check was located because she sat at a desk in her home. So, I asked could she call the accounting department if they had one or send an email. . Kathy put me on hold, and said she could not contact anyone—not so good of service for a corporate office. Next, I called Mr. Warden’s office and reached Steven who was his associate. He was nice and worked on contacting the corporate office. Eventually, I calle
