She was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process of setting up my homeowners insurance. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy and smooth. I do wish the auto insurance portion had been explained a bit more clearly, as I wasn’t aware I was automatically enrolled in certain programs but overall process was great and easy!!
