Shelter Insurance - Kyle Gray

If I could give 0 stars I would. My insurance got canceled without my consent or even knowledge. Kyle and Scott left 45 minutes prior to closing or were simply not answering the phones. Called the customer support, spend 3 hours trying to get my insurance back just for customer support to hang up on me, then the next rep I got told me they couldn’t do anything to help me at all and that I will have to wait on Kyle or Scott to call me back. I am very very unhappy and feel that my insurance is over priced as well as they’re terrible at customer service.

Very professional..and they have some of the best rates in the insurance industry..office was very clean..location is prime and easy to find..quoted me on other insurance I was interested in and I left very satisfied.. Will definitely return for future business and recommend anyone looking for insurance of any kind to give them a call or stop in. You will be glad you did😊👍
