Brad was really helpful and easy to work with very prompt response to my claim and very thorough . Made a bad experience better because of his attention so we could get or barn repairs done faster.
Hard to find a local number online, but after calling out oof state was given a number close to home. They were very pleasant to work with.
My accident occurred Dec 2020. I still haven't been reimbursed for my deductible. I have called several times and was told they were changing their "system" And my case was still open. They certainly would not wait 8 months for their premium payment.
