Unbelievable customer service and competitive rates! They are knowledgeable, informative, and always looking out for their clients! If I could give a 10 star review I would!

been with the guy 15 years and had an accident where someone rear ended me. I called Jim from the accident where i had whiplashed and was bleeding and dude was no help whatsoever. didn't give me any useful advice on what to do. when the dust settled and i contacted Jim to let him know how disappointed i was. Jim said to me that i was "one of 7000 clients." Then Jim started reciting policy to me that if I had an issue with him i had "60 days to resolve it." all these years thought he was my agent but realized at that point he was not there for me nor did he care. I was blown away at his response. on top of that he had no idea we had even talked weeks before when I had the accident.

20 plus years with Jim and Shelter insurance. Jim is always responsive to any question about insurance. My wife and I believe he is the best insurance agent in the business. We have had three claims over the years and have dealt with roofers and adjustors, and the main office in Columbia, Missouri. We have had our share of insurance related issues and anytime we need help we just call Jim and get results. My only complaint is having a teenage driver.

Jim and his staff are incredibly helpful and responsive to questions, etc. This agency makes you feel like their number one customer. Never have to wait and never get passed around. This is the kind of insurance agency you want to partner with!

I have been so long with shelter insurance but Jim summer not helpful and he told me if you can text or call I cancel your insurance. I need help from him to update my new insurance but he is not helpful and so rude please I give advice you not use this agent anyone
