Kevin Weber - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with State Farm for 30 years, and with Kevin's agency since I moved back to town three years ago. I used to own two different insurance agencies, so I understand what makes a good insurance agent, and I can honestly say that I have never run across a better Account Rep than Amanda at Kevin's agency. Amanda has helped me extensively with both my personal and business policies, and she is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and very kind. She also always goes the extra mile to make sure that I have what I need, and you cannot ask for more than that. I only wish that she had worked for me when I owned my agencies! Kevin is extremely lucky to have her.

They will steal your money and not tell you changes are coming! We insured our four cars for around $400 this summer and then two months later they bumped it up to $837 a month! The woman I spoke with, Amanda, said it was due to an underwriter determination but she had no ability to tell me why or connect me to the underwriters. Then she said I was happy to go look for other businesses. She is not handcuffing us to State Farm. Not the neighbor I’m looking for! I’m so upset about the billy but shocked at how I was treated. ***Happy to report we found car coverage for $350/month cheaper and saved $1000 on our home owners!
