Janell Crenshaw is a true knowledgable professional but more than that she genuinely cares about her clients. As a new client she took the time to asses our needs and then build the best insurance package for us based on cost and coverage. More importantly when our basement flooded Janell was at our door within 20 mins. She jumped right in and started helping us mitigate the damage, find a great clean up team and got our claim started immediately. All insurance agents like to write policies but Janell actually shows up when the disaster or accident occurs. She is the GOAT

Very amicable, efficient, professional. The only complaint I have after 4 or 5 years of our relationship is not getting reimbursed for wrecker service that I was told I would be.
