Husband got a lower rate for insurance and we cancelled our insurance through them. Wally didn't want communication with me anymore since we moved our home and car insurance but kept the flood, and life insurance with him because it was a lower rate. Come to find out our flood insurance was cancelled over a year ago and never got notified. He said he no longer wanted to work with us when we moved agents. I have never had this experience before that it took me back for a second because Wally and Nikie both helped us and always did great. I never would of expected this outcome from both of them.

Last year I started looking for a local business to insure my home and auto. I asked Nikie to give me a quote on insurance. I ended up switching my insurance to the local ICT El Dorado office. I appreciate being able visit in person, have any questions I may have answered and to pay my bill in person. Kathy Donovan

I tried paying online thru the Key Portal and the portal said it couldn't find me. I called the office and Nikki got me all taken care of. Great rates, great staff. I have used them for years and don't plan on ever going thru anyone else!
