Shelter Insurance - Ginger Walter

I would highly recommend not doing business with this insurance company. We originally have three cars, two adults, and one teenager on my policy. Two with full coverage. One with liability. We paid $320 a month. We went in last week because we sold two cars and dropped down to just the one. We moved the liability insurance up to full coverage. We where qouted $140 dollars, told that there would be a credit to our account due to our recent payment, and that we won't have a payment until Nov 10th. Today i noticed I had an account over draft of $320 dollars and and over draft fee of $29 dollars. No big deal a mistake must of happened and had the husband call. They told him since the car was 20 years old, the fact we lost the multi car discount, and my daughter is 16 that the insurance is sti

Very pricey for Ins. Receptionist never gave owner any of the information I gave her. Which was all my info, what did she do with it???? # Owner was very nice, hospitable, and apologized. Her I give 5 stars.
